What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal - Visa and Mastercard, AMEX.

Can I self-collect?

If you opt for self-collection, you will be notified when your order is being processed with an additional note from us regarding available collection date and time. Our collection timing is between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Can I track my order(s)?

You will be notified by email when your order is being processed. You will be notified on the date of delivery. Delivery timing will be between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. There will not be any delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Customers will not be allowed to specify delivery timing.

Please write to and quote your order number if you are not available to receive the goods on the specified date.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we can. Please see below for shipping cost.

How much is shipping cost?

Singapore: Shipment will be free for orders above $200 (after GST). Otherwise, a $30 delivery surcharge will be imposed on orders below $200 (after GST).

Other Countries: Shipment cost will be calculated accordingly based on order. Alternatively, we can ship using customer’s courier account.

How many days will shipping take?

We pack your orders within one working day (Monday - Friday) upon receipt of order and will reach you as follows:

Singapore: 1-3 business days.

Other Countries: Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days, delivery to door-step varies to the country of destination. (Please see Delivery page for more information)

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse. Our office and warehouse operate from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Singapore time. All orders require signature and company stamp if billing to company. Please ensure that there is someone who can sign for the receipt of order at the specified delivery address. We will not release goods without the presence of a receiver.

If you select "Cash / Cheque on delivery", please make payment to our dispatch driver. Otherwise, our drivers will not release goods. (NOT AVAILABLE)

Can I amend or cancel after I have confirmed my order?

Please ensure that your orders are confirmed before checkout. Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to amend or cancel items within your order once it has been confirmed. To check your orders, simply log into your account, go to My Account, and click on the ‘History and Details of your orders’ tab.

Do I need to sign up for an account to purchase?

Yes! We do not encourage checking out as guests simply because creating an account with us is as simple as it is and will provide you with a better shopping experience. You will not need to fill in the same details each time you shop with us and you will be updated with exclusive deals!

If I have a promotion code, how do I use it?

Simply key in your promotion code upon checkout and your total amount will be updated accordingly. Point to note:

  • Only one promo code can be used per order.
  • Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code.
